Director

Tim is the Event Director of Foodservice Australia and Food & Hospitality Queensland.

 

These huge industry events help connect chefs with the latest food, drink and equipment from around the world. They also feature a range of special events including Chef of the Year, Bocuse dÓr and the National Restaurant Conference.

Tim has been running major food shows for over 30 years. During that time he has formed deep connections with chefs around the world. He looks forward to being an active member of Les Toques Blanche and supporting the industry wherever possible.
